Describe the presumption of parentage under the Uniform Parentage Act (UPA).

A man is presumed to be the father of a child if he and the child's mother are or have been married during the child's birth or within 300 days after marriage termination, if they attempted to marry before the child's birth, or if he receives the child into his home and holds the child out as his own.
