Describe episodic memory.

Episodic memory is the memory of autobiographical events, including times, places, associated emotions, and other contextual knowledge. These memories can be explicitly stated and are 'time stamped' and 'declarative', meaning you know when the memory was made and you have to consciously 'search' for the memory.
